Registered Psychotherapist

Bianca D’Agostino has been working with children, youth and families in both community and clinical settings for over eight years. She strives to create a safe and caring environment, along with mutually respectful therapeutic relationships to collaboratively work through any areas of concern. She uses an integrative approach to therapy from attachment, cognitive-behavioural, and collaborative-based frameworks to ensure services are tailored to families’ needs.

Bianca’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, parent-child relationships, family functioning, divorce, behavioural difficulties and school difficulties, among others. 

Bianca has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Specialization in Psychology. She has also worked on a number of empirical research teams, with the most current team being a research partnership between Crossroads Children’s Mental Health Centre and the University of Ottawa. Her training includes: Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Collaborative Problem Solving Tier I, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI), and Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS).

Fees

Fees for services are $160 for a 60-minute session. A receipt will be provided at the end of each session, and payment is accepted by cash, e-transfer, or cheque.

Services are covered by most third-party insurance companies as Bianca practices under the supervision of Registered Psychologist Dr. Stephanie Cristina, PhD (#3814).
